If your deck breaks during normal use within the first 30 days after delivery: fill in the form on the Warranty page and you'll get your discount code. The sooner it happens, the higher the percentage. It covers decks cracked during normal use and manufacturing defects. It does not cover vandalism, custom modifications or theft.

Shipping
- • Cost: free above the spend threshold; below it, depends on zone and weight. The cart always tells you how much is left.
- • Where: across Italy, BRT courier.
- • Times: delivery within Italy in 24-48 hours.
Returns / Refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to return, as long as the items come back exactly as they left our warehouse, with the original packaging: otherwise the right to return no longer applies. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Which size should I go for?
It depends on how you skate and what feels right, but as a rule: street: narrower / vert: wider. Some people go by shoe size instead: EU 40-42: 7.75-8.0 / 42-44: 8.0-8.25 / 44-46: 8.25-8.5.

Is grip included?
Yes. Every Dashed deck comes with a free sheet of Jessup griptape.

Does the warranty cover me if I snap it on a trick that was too big?
Yes. Every break from normal use, blown tricks included. It doesn't cover running it over with your car, or a deck that's been altered.

How soon does my order ship?
Orders leave the day after they're confirmed. Delivery within Italy takes 24–48 hours.

Can I return something?
Yes, you have 14 days from delivery, as long as the items come back exactly as they left our warehouse: unworn, with tags and original packaging. Otherwise the right to return no longer applies.
