What people ask us most before buying a deck.

Which size should I go for?

It depends on how you skate and what feels right, but as a rule: street: narrower / vert: wider. Some people go by shoe size instead: EU 40-42: 7.75-8.0 / 42-44: 8.0-8.25 / 44-46: 8.25-8.5.

What's the difference between a Logo Classic and a Collab deck?

Logo decks are our standard: always in stock, plain graphic with the Dashed Skate For Food logo. Collabs are limited runs: original artwork and extra finishes made with artists and brands. Everything else is identical: same shape, same sizes. You'll find the details in each deck's description.

Is grip included?

Yes. Every Dashed deck comes with a free sheet of Jessup griptape.

How does the Dashed Warranty work?

If your deck breaks during normal use within the first 30 days after delivery, you can claim a discount code towards a new Dashed deck by filling in the form on the Warranty page. The percentage depends on how many days passed between delivery and the break: 90% within the first 7 days, 60% within 14, 30% within 21, 15% within 30. It covers breakage from normal use and manufacturing defects; it doesn't cover vandalism, custom modifications or theft.

How many collabs do you release?

Usually one a year. We announce it a few weeks ahead through the newsletter and our social channels. Follow along so you don't miss it.

How soon does my order ship?

Orders leave the day after they're confirmed. Delivery within Italy takes 24–48 hours.

Can I return something?

Yes, you have 14 days from delivery, as long as the items come back exactly as they left our warehouse: unworn, with tags and original packaging. Otherwise the right to return no longer applies.
