How it works
- Shipping is free from €100 per order: if your cart reaches or goes over €100, you pay nothing.
- Below €100 the cost is €8.00 in mainland Italy and €9.00 to the islands.
- We ship with BRT courier within 24-48 business hours across Italy. Orders received over the weekend ship the following Monday.
- You can also choose local pickup at one of the available skateparks: it is free and you select it at checkout.
Returns and refunds

from delivery
✅ We accept returns if
- You request it within 14 days of delivery
- Items are in the same condition in which we shipped them
- The original packaging is intact and included
- There are no signs of use, assembly or customisation
❌ We cannot accept it if
- More than 14 days have passed since delivery
- The deck has been assembled, gripped or ridden
- The original packaging is missing or damaged
- The item shows wear or has been altered
Return shipping is at the customer's expense. The refund is issued to the same payment method used for the order, once we receive and check the items.

Open a request from the Support page with your order number and what you want to return.

We reply
Within 48 hours we confirm the return and give you the address to ship it to.

Refund
Once the parcel arrives and the condition is checked, we issue the refund.
Did your deck break while riding?
That is not a return: that is the Dashed sliding warranty. If a deck breaks under normal use within the first 30 days you get a discount code of up to 90% towards a new one. Skate decks only.
