How it works

  • Shipping is free above a spending threshold, measured on what you actually spend: the value of the goods after any discount. Below it, shipping has a cost that depends on the zone and the weight of the parcel.
  • We do not write the amount here because it can change: your cart tells you, along with how much is left to reach it, and you see it again in the summary before paying. One case to watch: a discount code that brings your spend below the threshold makes the shipping cost reappear.
  • It applies across Italy, islands included. We only ship within Italy: for anywhere else, write to us from the Support page.
  • We ship with BRT courier within 24-48 business hours across Italy. Orders received over the weekend ship the following Monday.
  • You can also choose local pickup at one of the available skateparks: there is no shipping cost at all, whatever the amount, and you select it at checkout.

Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

✅ We accept returns if

  • You request it within 14 days of delivery
  • Items are in the same condition in which we shipped them
  • The original packaging is intact and included
  • There are no signs of use, assembly or customisation

❌ We cannot accept it if

  • More than 14 days have passed since delivery
  • The deck has been assembled, gripped or ridden
  • The original packaging is missing or damaged
  • The item shows wear or has been altered

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. The refund is issued to the same payment method used for the order, once we receive and check the items.

How to request a return

    Open a request from the Support page with your order number and what you want to return.

    We reply

    Within 48 hours we confirm the return and give you the address to ship it to.

  3. 03

    Refund

    Once the parcel arrives and the condition is checked, we issue the refund.

Did your deck break while riding?

That is not a return: that is the Dashed Warranty. If a deck breaks under normal use within the first 30 days you get a discount code of up to 90% towards a new one. Skate decks only.

How much does shipping cost?
Above a certain spending threshold it is free, across Italy and islands included. Below it there is a cost, which depends on the zone and the weight of the parcel. The threshold in force and how much you still need are always shown in your cart, before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
24-48 business hours across Italy. Weekend orders ship the following Monday.
Do you ship abroad?
At the moment we only ship within Italy. If you need delivery outside Italy, write to us from the Support page and we will see what we can do.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is at the customer's expense. The original shipping cost is not refunded.
Can I swap a size instead of getting a refund?
We do not handle direct exchanges: you can return the item and place a new order in the right size.
How long does the refund take?
Once we receive the parcel and check the condition of the item, we issue the refund to the same payment method used for the order. It can take up to 10 business days to be processed.
